Confirming your mail service pharmacy benefit is easy with our online Pharmacy Benefit Overview feature! To review your pharmacy benefit, you will need your member number. Your member number can be found on the prescription drug identification card issued by the Merck-Medco subsidiary PAID Prescriptions or on the combined medical and prescription drug card that your plan may use.
Next, go to our Pharmacy Benefit Overview feature by clicking on the link below. Where prompted, enter your member number and then click on the submit button. If your plan includes a mail service benefit, you will see a tab entitled "Mail Service Pharmacy." Click on the Mail Service Pharmacy tab for an overview of your mail service pharmacy benefit. If no Mail Service Pharmacy tab is visible, this may mean that Merck-Medco only administers your retail pharmacy benefit. For additional information, you may also consult your plan benefit materials for information about your pharmacy benefit plan's specifics.

Use the "Back" button on your browser to get back to Step 1 after you have viewed your pharmacy benefits.
